BoGaMo is a free web-based application that helps board game players track in-game currency digitally without using physical money. The Service allows users to:

• Create temporary game sessions
• Join existing game sessions via unique codes
• Track virtual balances and transactions
• Share game state with multiple players in real-time

Important: BoGaMo is for entertainment purposes only. It tracks virtual, in-game currency for board games—not real money.

3. User Requirements

3.1 Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by law
• Users under 16 may require parental consent (GDPR)
• Users must have a compatible web browser

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

BoGaMo does not require user registration. Your game session is identified by a unique code and browser local storage. You are responsible for keeping your game code private.

5.2 Data Deletion

• Automatic deletion: 48 hours after last activity.
• Manual deletion: Hosts can delete immediately.
• Once deleted, data cannot be recovered.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service is owned by bogamo.me. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

BoGaMo is for tracking virtual game currency only. It is NOT financial software.

Users have no financial investment or monetary risk when using BoGaMo.

Game sessions are intended for casual play. We do not enforce game rules or arbitrate disputes between players.

11. Termination

13. Miscellaneous

Game codes are generated randomly and are valid for a limited time. We do not guarantee the availability or uniqueness of specific codes.

14.2 Temporary Sessions

Game sessions are temporary. All data associated with a game session is automatically deleted after 48 hours of inactivity.

15. Accessibility
